Telemobile Launches Custom Roadside Emergency Telephone (RET) System; Including $15 Million Dollar System for Ministry of Public Transportation (MOPT) in Saudi Arabia

Las Vegas, NV, May 19, 1998…Telemobile Inc., a leading international provider of wireless telecommunications systems for established and emerging nations, has launched the addition of a complete line of emergency "Call Box" radio telephones. The new Roadside Emergency Telephone, designated the RET system, is for use on public or private highways and remote areas where cellular systems are not economically feasible, announced Dan Thomas, Vice President of Marketing, at the International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE) in Las Vegas.

Telemobile Saudi Emergency Call Box project is supported through Lucent Technology, the primary contractor with the Saudi government for various telecommunications projects in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in addition to this country wide Call Box System. The MOPT system is planned in stages. The first phase is planned to be online and providing service this summer.
